1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging (with all tags, accessories, and invoices)
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not offer exchanges on:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse or installation errors
- Products requested for exchange after 48 hours of delivery
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
Our team will assess your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup or request you to ship the item to our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
4. Timeline for Exchanges
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
- If the item is out of stock, we may offer you store credit or a full refund at your discretion.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
- For exchanges requested for other valid reasons (e.g., wrong size or variant), the customer may be required to bear return shipping costs.
